In the event of account closure due to verified Terms violations or fraud, wsop4 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending a full investigation and any potential legal action.

• Wsop4's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim.
